With over 25 years of experience in real estate and mortgage lending, Cynthia Gomez is a trusted expert serving clients across Southern California and beyond. A multi licensed Real Estate and Mortgage Broker, she combines deep market knowledge with integrity and a passion for helping others succeed. Whether it’s buying, selling, investing, or financing, she brings clarity and confidence to every step of the process.
Cynthia began her career as a Loan Originator and quickly expanded into full-service real estate and mortgage financing. In 2000, she joined Century 21 Town & Country, where she gained recognition for her professionalism, strategic insight, and results-driven approach. Over the years, she has managed escrow operations and supervised up to 200 associates. During this time, she also played a key role in transitioning the company from a national franchise to a thriving independent brand.
In 2020, building on two decades of leadership and experience, Cynthia founded Source Funding to deliver personalized lending solutions tailored to each client’s unique goals. Her expertise spans residential and commercial real estate, from guiding first-time homebuyers to navigating complex investment transactions.
A graduate of USC’s Ross Program in Real Estate Finance and UCLA’s Real Estate Investment Certificate Program, Cynthia also holds designations such as Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) and Commercial Certification from the Century 21 International Management Academy. She has served in numerous leadership roles across the industry—including Director for the California Association of Realtors, Award-Winning Education and DEI Director for the California Association of Mortgage Professionals, Co-Chair of the CMRMLS Committee, and Membership Leader for the Young Professionals Network.
A longstanding active member of the National Association of Realtors, National Association of Mortgage Brokers, and the Inland Gateway Association of Realtors. She has also served as an expert witness in real estate litigation and led award-winning fundraising teams supporting Easter Seals.
